There's a difference. A hardware store has tools next to the kettles and the dog bowls. We sell tools. Mark and the team have spec'd every brand on the floor because he'd run them himself.
We don't stock the bottom shelf. We don't push the brand on the highest margin.
If you walk in asking for an M18 and you actually need an M12 we will tell you.
